Asthma on a national and worldwide level: Current perspectives and trends

Asthma is now considered a major medical problem and public health, having become one of the most prevalent pathologies, with great impact on quality of life of patients and their families and with very high economic costs. Despite the numerous developments that have been made in understanding the pathophysiology of disease, better means of diagnosis and the existence of more effective drugs to treat it has been found that the incidence, prevalence, morbidity and mortality in some cases asthma, has been still increasing. Try to give yourself an idea of ??the scale of the problem nationally and internationally, selecting works that seem most important within this theme and outline the evolution of this problem over the next few years.Downloads
