Pulmonary auscultation and a skin lesion

A man of 50 years uses a query is not scheduled to have a cough for more than 1 week with yellowish sputum, sore throat and runny nose. During auscultation, which was normal, the family doctor observes the patient's back and checks the presence of the lesion that appears in the picture. This injury is between several pigmented spots. The patient denied pruritus, pain or bleeding and location unknown how long has this injury.Downloads
