Este texto integra os principais assuntos debatidos no «SEMINÁRIO SOBRE O CONSENTIMENTO INFORMADO E O PAPEL DAS COMISSÕES DE ÉTICA PARA O SEU CORRECTO USO» organizado em 30/09/2009 pelas Comissões de Ética para a Saúde da região norte e destina-se a ser um documento de orientação, sem carácter vinculativo.
