Abstract

The A. reviews causes, manifestations and prevalence of temper tantrums in children, considers temper tantrums in neurodevelopmental and genetic disorders and points out situations in which drug therapy is needed. The A. also recommends counselling concerning strategies to be used by parents in order to deal with their childs temper tantrums.
