Carta ao editor referente ao artigo Aborto espontâneo e luto gestacional – Valorizar e gerir: um relato de caso, publicado em julho de 2024, na RPMGF.
Foi feita análise dos aborto espontâneos, de janeiro de 2023 a junho de 2024, na nossa USF, de modo a fazer um paralelismo com a gestão do relato de caso publicado. Após reflexão, consideramos fundamental a abordagem do impacto na saúde mental de um luto gestacional e um acompanhamento à posterior pelo médico de família.
