The procedure clinical interview is the procedure more frequently practiced by any doctor particularly by Family Doctors. However, it has been scarce the attention that is devoted to this subject. In this context the launching, in the 24o National Meeting of General Clinic, in Vilamoura of the book of José Manuel Mendes «Communication in Clinical Context», edited by the Bayer Healthcare. is an event thatdeserves highlight. The importance of the thematic is due, as already said, to the frequency of the procedure clinical interview and to the communication established between two persons and by the impact in the trial and in the results of health care as the Author refers. This article of opinion helps itself of the assertions of Engels, or the assumptions of the Theory of Communication of Watzlawick and Bateson, to justify the interest to the reader of each one of the chapters of the book highlighting the aspects that makes thedifference, relatively to the works in the same area.Downloads
