The general practice is usually the first point of medical contact with the health system, providing open and unlimited access to their clients and dealing with all health problems regardless of age, gender or any other characteristic of the person in question . The family physician occupies in Primary Health Care a key place in any health care system, which provides him with a unique understanding of the health problems of individuals, families and populations, including the child population, which follows from the pregnancy and during the growth and development since the first year of life. The family doctor should still efficiently use health resources by coordinating care, working with other professionals in the context of primary health care and management of interface with other specialties, including three in the child mental health .
