It´s in the Primary Care setting that the main challenges in planning interventional programs with adolescent populations happen. Several actors - adolescents themselves, parents and educators - play an unique and different role in social and familiar answers that must be given at this stage of development. It is today recognized that it is necessary to diversify the communicational strategies used in prevention programs, bringing to the health professionals new and renewed challenges, that may allow results and profits in adolescent population health. When defining strategies in the planning of health interventions in adolescent populations, one must consider three contexts: familiar, social and school. We must choose, from specific strategies, those who are more adapted to the way of life and to the main way of receiving information of todays adolescents, considering naturally the technologies of information as favourite way of information dissemination.Downloads
